Premium W/E/S Site - $40 / Night

W/E/S Site - $35 / Night

W/E Site - $32 / Night (Tent or Pop-Up w/o sewer only)

Primitive Site - $30 / Night (Tent only)

Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July and Columbus Day),

Horse Progress Days, Rough and Tumble & Halloween: 

3 Night Minimum ($5 / Night extra per site)

Rates based on:

 2 adults & 2 children under 18

1 unit and 2 vehicles per site

Overnight Visitors:
Adults:  $6 / night
Children: (age 4-18): $4 / night

 

Check-In Time:  3PM

Check-Out Time: 1PM

(Early Check In & Late Check Out subject to extra charge)

 

Cancellation Policy:

If you have to cancel your reservation:

More than 14 days prior to start of stay:  Deposit Refunded (Less $5 Service fee)
8 - 14 days prior to start of stay:  50% of deposit refunded
7 days or less prior to start of stay:  No refund

(Deposit is equal to one night's fee, except on Holidays, 
Horse Progress Days, or Rough & Tumble,
